Dear friends,
I am Hemanta Das, a VLE of Dhalpur in the district of Lakhimpur, Assam. 'Arunodoi Kendra' in Assam is a product of NeGP(National e-Governance Plan) by Govt. of India. This is a great initiative from Govt. of Assam and its partners by deciding to set up 'Arunodoi Kendra' in Assam. All people can able the fruits of it.
But, we the VLEs have no plateform to discuss our problems & demands, so I organize this blog site as a common plateform for our VLEs of Assam, already other states VLEs have formed state level associations. It is high time to form our state level association.
Please all join hands and discuss various issues regarding our problems and feelings and gather a voice accordingly.
Some of our concerns are:
(a) Need high speed of Internet connectivity.
(b) Frequent disruption of Internet Service.
(c) Product service should be on spot and quick.
(d) Recharge shaould be simple like mobile phone recharge voucher & available on call.

Well,this is an initiative to organize all VLEs of Assam. There are arround 2700 Common Service Centres under Srei Sahaj E-Village Limited and Zoom Developer's Limited. But there is no connection between VLEs in fact we have to face many problems and demands.This is an initiative to organize a state level association like other states in Assam among VLEs of "Arunodoi" Common Service Centres, let us join hands and grow togather, share your feelings as a VLE....

ReplyDeleteSkash Voucher Avaible at my CSC in Dhubri. And Recharge is not a problem for me now a days. Dont u facilated with Voucher in Lakhimpur?

Hi Hamanta, I am from dhubri/kokrajhar District,name is pankaj paul(vle). i also face same problem as u write. Now i think we need to meet all district committee and discuse our problem and prepared memorande to submit It ministe. I also share my vew that I need to convince our minister to give financial assistent to admit rural poor student to literate in computer education throu csc.

Dear Hamanta, I am Bijoy Kr, Tewari from Hatinhira CSC, District – Karimganj (Assam). I have few problems in this service, say I can’t serve to Topup Retaler & Tatasky / Airtel etc. except Dish TV India through this service. Other recharge system also available. So, I hope you may take necessary step soon for all of VLE members.

As U comment we have also a lots of problem.Regarding our problem we have to visit AMTRON and other higher authority.From a reliable source I know that the company earn a lots of money through us. So,it is the time we have to fight together.I hope all the VLE will with us.
