I request members of this forum to write your views regarding formation of a VLE association in Assam. Your suggestions and views are well worth in step forwarding towards a VLE association in Assam.
I also request all VLEs of Assam to take active participation in this regard. We must unite & we must form an association. This blog site is just a plate form of expressing our (VLEs) views.
